Tales from the Underground

Nature & Wildlife 43' 2018 HD

Many animals feel at home in our gardens. Some are very popular with garden owners, others should disappear as fast as possible - above all the mole. Its famous hills, the entrances to its basement apartment complete with sleeping kettle, pantry and seemingly endlessly long corridors, adorn to the great displeasure of the gardener, the carefully tended lawn.

The film tells the story of the probably most unpopular garden dweller. Through impressive under- and overground shots the viewer gets a picture of an animal that everyone thinks they know, but that hardly anyone ever sees.
